In Memory of Louis “Geno” Petrella
We have lost another one of the nice guys who make playing golf a lot of fun at Hunter. Geno was a long time member of the D2 gang. His ever present smile, soft spoken encouragement and mastery of the greens made him the one person everyone wanted on their team each week. Rest in peace.

Just a note to inform you all of the passing of Mike Simmons the week before Christmas. Mike played with D2 on the weekends and was a regular in the Thursday travel group. God Bless You. We will miss you very much. Oh yeah, I had the honor of witnessing his hole-in-one on #2 a few years ago. - D Murphy
IN MEMORY OF JIM VIERA
Jimmy passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2011. He was one of the D2 regulars whose presence was enjoyed by all who played with him. He always wore with pride his U.S.S. Ingersoll cap and had a smile that was contagious. We miss you...
IN MEMORY OF RON FONTAINE
Ronny passed away on Friday, February 18, 2011. A retired Meriden Fire Chief, he enjoyed playing golf at Hunter. I knew him as a weekend regular for many years. Ron was a real pleasure to be around with his sense of humor and contagious smile.I hope that Ron and the other recently deceased HMC members are getting together to play the ultimate memorial tournament...
Tom Molloy passed away Monday after a brief illness. Tom was another of our D2 buddies who enjoyed golf every weekend until the aches and pains slowed him down. However, he always had a good game in him. You may remember that only a few years ago, Tom shot his age, a feat that I have always claimed is the ultimate for any serious golfer.
I will miss Tom whose sometimes cranky nature masked a friend who enjoyed play with the guys in D2... Click for Obituary
